Behavioural Intelligence | BCIA

When life looks good on the outside — but takes too much from you.

BCIA stands for Behavioural Congruence Intelligence Architecture™. It examines the configuration beneath that experience: how personality, values, environment, behaviour and life structure fit together — or do not.

The premise

A capable person can sustain the wrong life for a very long time.

Competence can conceal poor fit. Responsibility can make an arrangement look viable long after it has become too costly. Success in one dimension can obscure what the whole configuration is asking of the person who must live it.

BCIA makes those relationships visible. It treats behaviour as part of a wider system — not as a defect to correct in isolation.

The congruence lens

Fit is relational.

The question is not simply who you are, what you value or what you do. It is how these dimensions interact in the life you are actually living.

01

Personality

The dispositions, sensitivities and patterns through which a person meets the world.

02

Values

What carries real weight when choices, obligations and trade-offs become concrete.

03

Environment

The conditions, cultures and demands that support or obstruct a person’s way of functioning.

04

Behaviour

What is repeatedly done — including the adaptations that quietly become a way of life.

05

Life structure

How work, relationships, responsibilities, time and capacity are actually arranged.

Congruence is not a promise of ease. It is a more truthful fit between the person, the demands being made of them, and the life those demands create.

Where the lens applies

One architecture.
Different fields of life.

BCIA is a parent platform. Work is its present application; other fields will be developed with the same attention to configuration, trade-offs and lived reality.

01

Work

Examining the fit between a person and the work configuration they are living inside.

02

Decision-making

Understanding what a choice requires, serves and makes possible in the wider life.

03
Developing field

Relationships

Looking beyond isolated behaviours to the patterns, expectations and structures between people.

Designing a life that can be inhabited over time — not merely maintained through force.

Work Congruence Snapshot™

See the work configuration — not just the symptom.

The WCS is being developed as a structured way to examine how work fits with the person doing it — across patterns that are often considered separately.

It is for experienced, high-capacity professionals whose work may look viable from the outside while requiring a level or kind of adaptation that is difficult to sustain.

The founder

Dora de Almeida Prado

Created by Dora de Almeida Prado.

Behavioural Intelligence Architect and creator of the Congruence Intelligence Framework™.

Dora works at the intersection of personality theory, behavioural analysis, identity alignment and strategic life design. Her work focuses on identifying patterns of incongruence and translating them into practical structures for better decisions, professional development and sustainable living.

BCIA was formed from a sustained examination of a deceptively simple problem: why lives that appear successful, responsible and well designed can still be profoundly difficult to inhabit.
